Returned items will be issued as a STORE CREDIT for the value of item.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
We cannot always guarantee that we will have a different size or colour in stock to exchange.
Items must be returned to Sams Jewellery Box within 14 days of delivery from received date as no returns will be accepted after 14 days.
Please no exchanges/returns on top of already exchanged/returned items.
All sales are FINAL.
WE do not accept returns for change of mind or items purchased on sale.

Exchanges must be received in original condition – bagged, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
A $5 charge will be applicable for exchanges to cover return postage charges.
Items not received in their original condition will automatically be returned to the customer and will not be eligible for exchange.

Items which smell of perfume/deodorant/sweat or have makeup or tanning marks or evidence of being washed will not be accepted. Please beware of this while trying on your garments.
Sams Jewellery Box reserves the right to reject an exchange if it is not in its original condition or within the required return period.
Please note- should your exchanged item not meet our Exchange/Refund Policy it shall be returned to you, in which case you will be liable for the return postage cost.

We recommend using Australia post pre-paid bags with tracking. We are not responsible for anything that goes missing in post.
This relates to items received damaged in the post at the time of receiving your item.
For all claims for damaged items, please contact us with details providing pictured evidence of the damaged item.
For refunds, the damaged item and or items will need to be returned to us by post before refunds can be processed.
We do not cover or accept claims of damage if the damaged was done by you, after receiving the item it original condition.
We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping costs on items damaged by you.
