1.Do you allow returns?

At Sam's Jewellery Box – I want all my customers to be happy and I'll do my best to help you 

    •  For return enquiries please email samsjewellerybox@hotmail.com to lodge your return
    • Sam's Jewellery Box does not offer cash refunds for change of mind under the Australian Consumer Law
    • Items must be returned in its original packaging & original condition
    • If the item is faulty or is damaged in any way once received, please contact me first at samsjewellerybox@hotmail.com and I will look after you

2. Shipping

Domestic Sipping (within Australia)

  • For all Domestic Orders, Sam's Jewellery Box uses Australia Post's standard shipping service 
  • Express shipping is a tracked service and is at an extra cost to you. Please see shipping charges at the checkout 
  • Shipping takes 3-5 days for metro areas. For all other areas, this service can take from 5-9 days*
  • All orders ordered before 2pm Australia Eastern Standard Time will be shipped on the same day
  • If you'd like your order tracked it is your responsibility to pay the extra costs for the express tracking service.
  • Sam's Jewellery Box will take no responsibility if you choose the untracked postage service and your item goes missing.

International Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected
  • shortly after placing your international orde you will receive an email confirming your postage tracking number 
  • Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be

3. Which methods of payment do you accept?
